Neonatologist – Full‑time Position

About the role

Join a dynamic team of physicians and specialists dedicated to delivering evidence‑based neonatal care across multiple NICUs. You will provide compassionate, life‑changing care to newborns and their families in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Attend deliveries and manage day‑to‑day NICU and newborn nursery patients.
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary rounds with obstetricians, pediatricians, nurses and other specialists.
• Perform ventilator management, review labs, conduct family consults, and oversee advanced treatments such as HFOV, HFJV, inhaled nitric oxide and therapeutic hypothermia.
• Diagnose and treat premature infants and those with breathing disorders, infections, or birth defects.
• Participate in clinical research, quality‑improvement initiatives and continuing‑education activities.

Required profile

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certified or board eligible in Neonatology.
• Strong clinical and communication skills, solid work ethic and a passion for caring for babies and families.
• Commitment to high‑quality, evidence‑based care in a team‑oriented setting.
