Multi-Site General Manager

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Multi‑Site General Manager to lead three retail locations, a warehouse, and e‑commerce operations for a well‑established home‑lifestyle brand. The role blends strategic direction with day‑to‑day execution, requiring a leader who thrives in a fast‑moving, visible environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence across stores, warehouse, and online channels.
• Oversee daily execution including customer experience, merchandising, staffing, scheduling, and fulfillment.
• Own the full P&L, manage revenue, margins, expenses, and forecasts.
• Partner with buying, merchandising, and marketing to align product assortment and promotions.
• Develop and coach a team of managers, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Maintain efficient systems, facilities, and processes to keep the business running smoothly.

Required profile

• 7+ years of retail leadership experience, preferably in multi‑site environments.
• Strong financial acumen with full P&L ownership.
• Hands‑on operator comfortable working in stores, warehouse, and e‑commerce settings.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high‑performing teams.
