MSP Change Management Consultant – Remote (US)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Change Management Consultant to lead client programs through periods of change. The role is fully remote within the United States and focuses on developing and deploying communication plans and supporting technology‑enabled business transformations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute clear communication plans for change initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients, project teams, and technology partners to deliver business process and technology solutions.
• Apply Prosci change management methodology to diverse projects and stakeholder groups.
• Build positive relationships quickly and support service delivery processes.

• Proven ability to work flexibly in ambiguous, evolving business environments.
• Comfort addressing sensitive or politically charged issues with professionalism.
• Strong interpersonal skills to integrate quickly into team settings.
