About the role
We are seeking an experienced Millwright to join our manufacturing team in Columbia. The role involves maintaining, repairing, and installing hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment to ensure uninterrupted production.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including motors and related components.
- Disassemble, rebuild, and install mechanical assemblies, using welding, torch cutting, and fabrication techniques.
- Read and interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and parts diagrams to guide repairs.
- Prioritize and organize maintenance tasks, responding quickly to equipment failures to minimize downtime.
Required profile
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
- Capacity to handle physical demands and maintain composure under pressure.
- Excellent follow‑up skills to see projects through to completion.
