Mid-Level DevOps Engineer

About the role

InvestorFlow delivers a specialized CRM and digital portals for alternative asset firms. As a Mid‑Level DevOps Engineer you will design, build and operate mission‑critical infrastructure that supports the firm’s investment workflows, working closely with senior engineers and reporting to the Technical Lead of DevOps.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Infrastructure as Code solutions with Terraform for enterprise‑scale projects.
• Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps across multiple teams.
• Develop monitoring, logging and alerting strategies with Grafana and related tools.
• Deploy and manage containerised applications at scale using Docker and Kubernetes, including advanced deployment patterns such as blue/green and canary.
• Implement security scanning, compliance checks and vulnerability management within pipelines.
• Collaborate on architectural decisions, incident response and post‑mortem analysis.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure or software development.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence technical decisions.
• Proven track record of contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives.

Required skills

• Terraform (module development, state management)
• GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
• Scripting with PowerShell, Bash and Python
• Cloud platforms: Azure (preferred), AWS, GCP
• Container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes
