Key responsibilities

• Perform flow cytometry assays on clinical specimens, including sample preparation and staining.
• Operate and maintain flow cytometry instruments, ensuring optimal performance and calibration.
• Analyze and interpret flow cytometry data, generating accurate reports for clinicians.
• Implement quality‑control procedures and adhere to laboratory safety and regulatory standards.
• Document procedures, results, and equipment maintenance in the laboratory information system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care and research initiatives.

Required profile

• Current University of Arkansas System employee (including student employees and graduate assistants) or candidate with legal authority to work in the United States.
• Eligibility for a regular, non‑sponsored position.
