Medical Assistant (Spanish‑Speaker) – Remote, CA

About the role

Clarity Pediatrics is expanding its virtual pediatric chronic‑care platform and seeks a bilingual Medical Assistant to support children with ADHD, anxiety, obesity, and related conditions. The role is fully remote, working closely with physicians, nurses, psychologists, and community health workers to ensure smooth clinical operations.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments using the EHR and scheduling systems, manage confirmations, reminders, and reduce no‑show rates.
• Gather, organize, and verify patient intake forms, medical histories, and other documentation before visits.
• Communicate with referring providers to obtain records, clarify histories, and track referral status.
• Respond to patient inquiries about appointment availability and handle rescheduling as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED; medical assistant certification preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Experience using multiple technology platforms for scheduling and data collection.

• Hourly pay of $20‑25 plus medical and ancillary benefits (based on location).
