Master Data & Product Change Analyst – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

We are looking for a Master Data & Product Change Analyst to join our Supply Chain team on a 12‑month contract. The role will manage master data in the Informatica iMDM platform and support packaging change processes across global sites.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain master data in Informatica iMDM and linked ERP systems.
• Create packaging parts, secondary packaging BOMs and Packaging Change Orders in the e‑QMS quality management system.
• Coordinate packaging change workflows, obtain approvals from multiple departments and release changes to production sites.
• Use CooperVision’s Vision Pack system to organise print proofs with suppliers.
• Act as SME for corporate product launches, discontinuations and item migrations, ensuring accurate item master data in ERP, planning and MDM systems.
• Support data conversion activities, identify and reconcile data discrepancies, and enforce data‑governance policies.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects, develop test scenarios and perform data‑quality checks.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing master data and packaging change processes in a supply‑chain environment.
• Strong understanding of data‑governance, workflow approval cycles and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to analyse data issues, propose solutions and drive process optimisation.
