Master Class Business Consultant – Life Sciences (US)

About the role

We are seeking high‑potential early‑career professionals to join Veeva’s Master Class Program and transition into Life Sciences consulting. The program serves as an alternative to an MBA, providing hands‑on experience to become a Business Consultant who delivers impact for life‑science companies.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deliver all components of customer engagements, including communications, workshops, stakeholder interviews, process and data analysis, and timeline management.
• Collaborate with senior Business Consultants to create deliverables that optimize client operating and engagement models, processes, and overall business performance.
• Leverage Veeva’s software and data platforms to develop tangible business and operational solutions for clients.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Life Sciences, an advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD), non‑consulting professional experience, or veteran/military service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a problem‑solving mindset.
• Process‑driven, data‑oriented, high work ethic and integrity.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for client engagements and internal events.
