Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will support our B2B marketing efforts, focusing on email marketing, inbound marketing, communications, and event management. The role involves creating marketing collateral, planning email and direct‑mail campaigns, coordinating trade shows, and assisting with outbound campaigns such as PPC and traditional advertising.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute email and direct‑mail campaigns, as well as social‑media promotions.
• Design and maintain marketing collateral including brochures, line cards, flyers, trade‑show displays, and case studies using design software.
• Coordinate trade shows, internal events, and community outreach activities, handling signage, displays, and post‑event follow‑up.
• Create website and social‑media content such as product pages, landing pages, and ads.
• Implement and manage Customer Satisfaction survey tools and programs.
• Support the CRM system with procedures, work instructions, and continual‑improvement activities.
• Assist the sales team with creative marketing ideas to drive sales.
• Participate in marketing meetings and facilitate meeting preparation.
• Handle administrative tasks including database, prospect‑list, and lead‑management upkeep.

Required skills
