Marketing Project Manager – Fixed-Term Contract

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Marketing Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of two critical new product launches. This fixed‑term position will act as the central hub for cross‑functional teams, ensuring launch readiness and successful commercialization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive launch plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource requirements.
• Lead day‑to‑day coordination of two high‑priority product launches from planning through post‑launch evaluation.
• Establish and maintain project governance, status reporting, and executive‑level communications.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively develop mitigation plans.
• Facilitate collaboration across Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales, Commercial Operations, Professional Affairs, and external agencies.
• Drive alignment on launch objectives, messaging, deliverables, and readiness milestones.
• Lead regular project meetings, capture key decisions, document outcomes, and track completion of action items.
