Marketing Operations Intern

About the role

Flagright is seeking a Marketing Operations Intern to support the global marketing function. Based in Santa Clara, you will work directly with the Head of Global Marketing and collaborate across content, design, sales, events, performance marketing, product, and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain weekly marketing priorities, project trackers, campaign calendars, hiring trackers, vendor lists, and operating documents.
• Track owners, deadlines, priorities, dependencies, blockers, and decisions across active initiatives.
• Prepare agendas, meeting notes, action items, and follow‑up summaries.
• Follow up with internal owners to surface risks before deadlines are missed.
• Organise Notion pages, Google Drive folders, asset libraries, and other marketing documentation.
• Keep operating documents accurate, current, and easy for the wider team to use.
• Turn recurring workflows into clear, repeatable standard operating procedures.

Required skills
