About the role
As a Marketing Manager on the Grow with Google team, you will create and produce educational and promotional content that helps individuals advance their skills, careers, and businesses. You will work across multiple formats, manage a centralized content calendar, and collaborate with agency partners to scale production.
Key responsibilities
- Write and produce high‑quality educational and promotional materials.
- Coordinate daily content production with external creative and marketing agencies.
- Maintain and update a centralized content calendar.
- Partner with Growth, Creative, and Ecosystem teams to deliver user‑journey‑mapped assets.
- Identify opportunities to repurpose existing content for new audiences.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating work with external agencies.
Required skills
- Familiarity with content marketing best practices across the path‑to‑purchase.
- Understanding of content mapping and aligning assets with the customer journey.
- Experience using AI tools to support content creation and prompting best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
What we offer
- Base salary range $117,000‑$167,000 per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
