About the role

We are looking for a Manufacturing/Operations domain expert to join our AI Labor Marketplace as an AI Trainer. You will create high‑quality Excel‑based training data that helps improve large language model performance for real‑world business scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Design structured Excel datasets that simulate production planning, yield analysis, throughput tracking, quality metrics, and plant‑level cost analysis.
• Develop analytical questions that probe efficiency, quality, and cost drivers.
• Provide detailed, step‑by‑step answers with clear evaluation criteria.
• Record walkthroughs that demonstrate operational reasoning and problem‑solving workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or operations.
• Hands‑on experience with production, yield, or cost analysis.
• Strong ability to translate real‑world manufacturing logic into Excel models.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for operational modeling and reporting.
