Manufacturing Excellence Management Development Associate

About the role

Join Nestlé Purina’s Management Development Associate program to fast‑track your career in manufacturing leadership. You will rotate through multiple sites, gaining hands‑on experience in quality, safety, supply chain, engineering, HR, production, R&D, information systems and operations performance while driving continuous improvement projects.

Key responsibilities

• Explore and understand how quality assurance, safety, supply chain, engineering, HR, production, R&D engineering, information systems and operations performance contribute to manufacturing excellence.
• Lead operational improvement projects focused on reliability, quality, safety, cost reduction and delivery performance.
• Analyze data and operating conditions, implement changes, and follow up on results with key stakeholders.
• Develop strategies to reduce material usage, minimize losses and achieve energy savings.
• Plan and execute methods to improve production efficiency while maintaining compliance with approved methods and quality standards.
• Support business innovation and renovation initiatives across the manufacturing sites.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business Management or a related discipline, earned or expected by June 2027.
• Willingness to relocate to any of Nestlé Purina’s 24 U.S. manufacturing sites during the program.
• Initial rotation will be at one of the following factories: Bloomfield, Missouri; Crete, Nebraska; or Davenport, Iowa.
