Manufacturing Excellence Associate Manager

About the role

The role is based in Bloomfield, Missouri, at Nestlé Purina’s litter factory, a site known for pioneering Lightweight® litter and award‑winning performance excellence. As an Associate Manager of Manufacturing Excellence you will support plant productivity by applying Nestlé’s Continuous Excellence methodologies and lead a team of Continuous Improvement Leads.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support continuous improvement projects, supervising assigned employees.
• Drive and implement Total Performance Management (TPM) through coaching and training.
• Conduct regular focused improvement assessments to ensure proper application of Lean, Six Sigma and other methods.
• Support industrial performance activities, monitoring Nestlé manufacturing performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience applying TPM or continuous improvement in manufacturing, military or similar environments.
• At least 1 year of coaching, training or leadership experience.

Required skills
