Manufacturing Engineer I – Process Engineer

About the role

This position translates design intent into technical instructions for product manufacturing and provides direct support to the shop floor. It also manages the integrated Manufacturing Dossier, covering engineering data, quality control, measurement tasks, components, jigs & tools, maintenance, health and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Standardize work methods and create synchronized station enablement using PERT.
• Develop and prioritize routings, Bills of Materials and Standard Operating Instructions based on shop‑floor needs.
• Specify and manage industrial assets such as jigs, tools, and machines, including standardization requests.
• Plan regular feedback loops with the Production Team and resolve recurring work‑preparation issues.
• Support continuous improvement on the shop floor and contribute industrial requirements during product concept design.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Recent graduate or 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office/Google Suite and strong data‑analysis abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret 2D engineering drawings, technical standards and work with the metric system.
• Excellent communication, presentation and teamwork skills.
