Manufacturing Area Manager – Production & Operations

About the role

If you are interested in a hands‑on, continuous‑improvement‑oriented, fast‑paced role in a world‑class manufacturing environment then our Manufacturing Process Manager role is for you. This position places you on the production floor, troubleshooting and solving problems on the fly to meet production goals while developing as a leader, change agent, and engineer.

Key responsibilities

• Front‑line manager supervising operations and maintenance execution in a 24/7 production facility.
• Responsible for safety, quality and production of two packaging lines on the assigned shift.
• Lead and coach teams using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma to solve problems and monitor key operating processes.
• Promote safe working practices and manage highly automated, complex processes.
• Identify improvement areas to achieve or exceed KPIs and collaborate with senior leaders on process improvement initiatives.
• Develop, monitor and maintain production plans, inventories and schedules to ensure excellent performance and product quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred concentration in engineering, supply chain, science or related field.
• Willingness to work any shift, including weekends.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to lead by example and influence change.
• Solid interpersonal skills, team orientation and technical problem‑solving capability.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
