Manager, Partner Success – Security Solutions

About the role

Mastercard is looking for an experienced Partner Success Manager to lead a portfolio of strategic B2B partners that use Mastercard security solutions to mitigate risk and prevent fraud. The role involves guiding partners through onboarding, maintaining ongoing relationships, and driving revenue growth through expansions and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor partner performance, product adoption, usage, satisfaction and revenue; provide insights, governance and executive‑ready business reviews.
• Serve as the primary relationship lead for global strategic partners, ensuring smooth transition from business development to ongoing management and accelerating onboarding and product adoption.
• Develop and execute joint growth plans, drive renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and represent partner feedback internally to improve products and services.

Required profile

• Experience in partner success, product management or consulting with a track record of measurable outcomes.
• Proven success improving retention, increasing adoption and identifying growth opportunities with channel partners.
• Collaborative, proactive leader with strong communication and storytelling abilities.
• Data‑fluency and experience using analytics/AI‑driven insights to inform strategy.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across product, sales, marketing and customer success in a matrixed environment.

What we offer

• Competitive base salary ($118,000‑$171,000) with potential annual bonus or commissions.
