About the role

SKIMS is looking for a data‑driven Manager, Paid Media to own and scale its global paid search efforts. You will lead strategy, execution, and optimization across Google, Microsoft, Shopping and emerging search platforms, ensuring efficient customer acquisition and revenue growth while preserving a premium brand experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the global paid search strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Shopping, Performance Max and emerging channels.
  • Execute, monitor and continuously optimize campaigns for branded, non‑branded, shopping, video and remarketing initiatives.
  • Oversee multi‑million‑dollar budgets, driving iROAS, acquisition and conversion targets.
  • Design keyword, bidding, audience and campaign structures to improve scalability and performance.
  • Collaborate with Ecommerce and Product teams to enhance landing‑page experiences.
  • Partner with Creative to test ad copy, creative assets and messaging.
  • Analyze performance data, identify trends and build testing roadmaps for bids, audiences, feeds and measurement.
  • Track pacing, forecast spend, allocate budgets and report results.
  • Work with Analytics and Data teams to strengthen attribution, incrementality testing and measurement frameworks.
  • Stay current on platform updates and industry best practices.

Required profile

  • Highly analytical and performance‑focused mindset.
  • Strategic thinker who can also execute hands‑on campaign tasks.
  • Proven expertise in search engine marketing, campaign optimization, feed management and audience strategy.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with Creative, Ecommerce, Finance and Growth teams.
