Manager, Communications and Stakeholder Engagement

About the role

Parsons is seeking a seasoned Manager of Communications and Stakeholder Engagement to lead strategic communications for critical Air Force programs, including Sentinel and ICBM initiatives. Based onsite in Ogden, Utah, you will support mission‑critical contracts and collaborate with government and industry partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic communications, public affairs, congressional relations, and stakeholder coordination for Air Force contracts.
• Oversee planning, staffing, and budgeting to meet contractual commitments and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage contract performance, including technical, personnel, and financial aspects, and resolve high‑level issues.
• Lead hiring, performance evaluation, and compensation decisions for the team.
• Travel to program sites as needed to ensure effective program execution.
• Identify and implement efficiencies that improve productivity and reduce contract costs.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a high‑performing environment.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience with a BA/BS in Management, Business, Engineering or related field (MS preferred).
• PMP or PgMP certification.
• Active Top Secret SCI clearance.
• Proven leadership ability to build and direct high‑performing teams in a dynamic, multi‑agency environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Project management expertise (PMP/PgMP).
