Manager, Client Analytics Services

About the role

Veeva’s Crossix team is looking for a Manager to lead client analytics services, helping life‑sciences companies turn data into actionable marketing insights. You will partner with clients to interpret data, deliver insights, and support strategic decisions that improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Inform and advise on life‑sciences marketing decisions using the Crossix Data Platform and products.
• Lead the delivery of data‑driven insights, acting as the quarterback for internal teams and ensuring successful client engagements.
• Manage projects, prioritize tasks, and navigate obstacles to meet client expectations.
• Represent Veeva in client meetings, build strong relationships, and serve as the primary point of contact for partners and clients.

Required profile

• 5+ years in an analytical role.
• 3+ years of client‑facing experience.
• Proven project‑management experience.
• Strong critical‑thinking ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they become problems.
