Manager, Audience Data Partnerships

About the role

Crossix, part of Veeva, sits at the intersection of big data, innovative technology, media, and life sciences. The team empowers life‑science companies with audience‑targeting data and insights to improve DTC and HCP marketing effectiveness. We are seeking a high‑performing manager to join our New York office and partner with sales to drive commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand business on a set of accounts in partnership with the sales team.
• Define account strategy and recommend audience‑targeting solutions that deliver customer value.
• Craft compelling deliverables that answer clients’ key business questions.
• Build and maintain meaningful customer relationships, acting as an extension of their team.
• Manage audience segment production and operations to ensure flawless execution.
• Analyze campaign performance and merchandise success, implementing optimization improvements.
• Consistently exceed client expectations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a DSP, SSP, media platform, or agency, with a solid understanding of the digital ecosystem.
• Proven client‑facing individual contributor who drives revenue, manages strategic accounts, and meets goals.
• Expert data storyteller capable of translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment with strong time‑management and prioritization skills.
