About the role
The Make‑Ready Specialist ensures vacant apartments are prepared to Greystar’s quality standards for re‑leasing. Working on the Soltra Firewheel community in Garland, Texas, you will perform technical and mechanical tasks to turn units into market‑ready condition.
Key responsibilities
- Complete all repairs and improvements on vacant units following the community’s make‑ready checklist.
- Caulk and seal windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers as needed.
- Inspect sheetrock for damage and repair or replace it.
- Perform touch‑up painting on vacant and occupied units under supervision.
- Assist with maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities, including trash removal and pressure‑washing.
Required profile
- Ability to follow detailed checklists and quality standards.
- Capability to perform a variety of maintenance tasks in residential settings.
- Attention to detail when inspecting and repairing unit components.
