Maintenance Technician – The Grove

About the role
The Grove needs a Maintenance Technician to keep the building, grounds, amenities and common areas in top condition. You will ensure safety, cleanliness and functionality by responding to resident requests and performing preventative maintenance.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing or other building defects.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on all property systems.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Provide on‑call support as required.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in building or property maintenance.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Willingness to work a Tuesday‑Saturday schedule with on‑call duties.
