About the role
This role involves performing technical and mechanical work to ensure the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Complete assigned work orders from resident service requests and conduct preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, coordinating vendors and contractors, and preparing units for new tenants.
