About the role
The Maintenance Technician for the Seacrest property ensures that all building systems, grounds, amenities and common areas are clean, safe, functional and meet Greystar’s standards. This onsite role supports residents by responding to service requests and performing preventative maintenance.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
- Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and common areas.
- Diagnose and repair defects in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting and other mechanical systems.
- Respond to on‑call emergencies and weekend service needs.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of property maintenance experience.
- Availability to work weekends and be on call as needed.
- Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures.
