About the role
The Maintenance Technician ensures that the physical aspects of Greystar’s Pinewood property—including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas—meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Complete assigned work orders generated from resident service requests.
- Perform preventative maintenance, diagnose defects, and execute repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors or contractors.
Required profile
- Technical aptitude for mechanical and building systems.
- Ability to follow established procedures and safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure properties meet Greystar standards.
