About the role
The Maintenance Technician ensures that the building, grounds, amenities and common areas at Greenwich Place meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
- Perform preventative maintenance, diagnose defects and make repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists and coordinating vendors or contractors.
Required profile
- Ability to perform technical and mechanical tasks in a residential property environment.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and building codes.
- Strong communication skills to interact with residents, vendors and internal teams.
