About the role
Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a large stabilized community of over 200 units. The role involves ensuring that the building, grounds, amenities and common areas meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
- Perform preventative maintenance across the property, diagnosing defects and implementing repairs.
- Maintain mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Document all activities in the property management software.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a community with 100+ units.
- Ability to work Tuesday‑Saturday, 9 am‑6 pm, with flexibility for business needs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HappyCo platform.
- Experience using Make Ready processes.
- Familiarity with work order management systems.
