Maintenance Technician – Fullerton, CA

About the role

The Maintenance Technician ensures that the physical aspects of Greystar’s residential property in Fullerton meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time, on‑site position involves responding to resident service requests and performing routine preventative maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident requests, diagnosing the source of defects and performing necessary repairs.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems, grounds, amenities, and common areas.
• Provide on‑call support and weekend availability as required by the property schedule.
• Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and report any recurring issues to management.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of property maintenance experience.
• Hands‑on experience with unit turns, appliances, plumbing, and air‑conditioning systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including on‑call and weekend shifts.
