Maintenance Technician - Boise

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Boise property team. The role involves performing technical and mechanical work to keep the building, grounds, amenities and common areas clean, safe and fully functional.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests and conduct preventative maintenance, diagnosing defects and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, coordinating vendors and contractors, and ensuring all necessary supplies are obtained.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with established procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Effective communication skills to interact with residents, vendors and internal teams.
