Maintenance Supervisor – Verde at McCullough Station

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of Verde at McCullough Station, along with its grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This role combines hands‑on technical work with supervisory responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders and perform routine upkeep, diagnosing issues and completing repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Lead the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, coordinating vendors, ordering supplies, completing maintenance tasks, and inspecting final work.
• Develop and enforce standards for the cleanliness and appearance of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, unit interiors, breezeways, signage, leasing office, garbage areas, parking lots, and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by service team members and provide corrective action plans as needed.
• Inspect contractor and vendor work to verify compliance with quality standards, scope, and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials, collaborating with the Community Manager to order supplies and tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance, including hands‑on technical and mechanical work.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate a maintenance team and external vendors.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and standard maintenance procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing work orders, inventory, and make‑ready processes.
