Maintenance Supervisor – Raleigh, NC

About the role

The Service Supervisor leads the technical, mechanical and overall maintenance operations for a residential community. The role ensures that all interior and exterior areas—including buildings, grounds, amenities and common spaces—are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, appearance and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily maintenance activities and service requests from residents.
• Diagnose the source of defects or problems and perform repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Maintain routine upkeep of the community’s buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas.
• Supervise maintenance staff, schedule work, and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising maintenance or facilities teams in a residential or property‑management setting.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, mechanical equipment and preventative maintenance practices.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple work orders and maintain detailed records.
• Commitment to safety, quality and delivering a superior living experience for residents.
