Maintenance Supervisor – Property Management

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Supervisor to lead the upkeep of our apartment community in Jonesboro, GA. The role combines hands‑on repair work with oversight of maintenance staff and coordination with contractors, ensuring a safe and well‑maintained living environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair services for the assigned building.
• Evaluate and inspect the property for short‑ and long‑term improvement needs.
• Collaborate with onsite management and independent contractors to ensure timely, professional completion of work.
• Provide guidance, training, and supervision to maintenance staff.
• Respond to occupied unit maintenance requests, including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical repairs.
• Be on call to address emergencies on a 24 × 7 basis.

Required profile

• Analytical, self‑motivated, and highly organized problem‑solver.
• Strong background in building maintenance.
• Commitment to delivering 100 % effort and supporting coworkers.
• Knowledge of HVAC, basic construction, plumbing, carpentry, tile & flooring, electrical, and painting.
• Experience in the apartment industry is helpful but not required.
