Maintenance Supervisor – Preston Park

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that all interior and exterior building components, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the Preston Park community meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and perform technical and mechanical maintenance tasks across the property.
• Maintain the appearance and safety of buildings, grounds, and shared amenities.
• Manage on‑call duties and respond to urgent maintenance issues.
• Obtain vendor proposals, prepare contracts, and schedule maintenance or project work.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely completion of work.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of related maintenance or facilities experience.
• Proven leadership overseeing teams of 7 + members.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Experience managing multi‑site communities with 400+ units preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish is a plus.
