Maintenance Supervisor – North Bethany Ridge

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the technical and mechanical upkeep of the North Bethany Ridge community in Portland, Oregon. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with company policies and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, conducting pre‑move‑out inspections, generating punch lists and coordinating vendors or contractors.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on building systems, grounds and common‑area equipment.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and regulatory codes.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and inventory of supplies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential or commercial property maintenance.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple work orders and manage vendor relationships.
• Good communication skills for interacting with residents and internal teams.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
