Maintenance Supervisor – Mercato Grove

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the technical and mechanical upkeep of the Mercato Grove community in Lake Oswego. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues and perform repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance across all building systems and common areas.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors and ordering necessary supplies.
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors and vendors to ensure timely and quality completion of tasks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in building or property maintenance and supervision.
• Strong ability to identify and resolve mechanical or technical problems.
• Familiarity with safety regulations, building codes and Greystar’s operational standards.
