Maintenance Supervisor (Lease Up)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead lease‑up and ongoing maintenance activities for a residential community in Richmond, Texas. The role ensures that apartments, common areas, and exterior spaces meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in accordance with safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors and contractors.
• Oversee routine upkeep of building systems, grounds, amenities, and common areas.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure all work is completed on schedule and within budget while upholding Greystar’s quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential property maintenance or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and code compliance.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage vendors, and lead a maintenance team.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
