Maintenance Supervisor – Four Lakes Community

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the Four Lakes community, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders and perform routine upkeep throughout the community.
• Diagnose the source of defects or problems and execute repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and building codes.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process, preparing vacant apartments for new move‑ins by completing pre‑move‑out inspections and necessary repairs.
• Maintain a rotating on‑call schedule to address after‑hours maintenance needs.
• Ensure all mechanical and technical systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as required for specialized repairs.
• Monitor and maintain the appearance and functionality of grounds, amenities, and common areas.

Required profile

• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with a rotating on‑call schedule.
• Experience performing mechanical and technical work in a residential community setting.
• Knowledge of safety standards and local building codes.
• Capability to conduct inspections and prepare units for new occupants.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high property standards.
