Maintenance Supervisor for Perimeter Pointe Community

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the Perimeter Pointe community, including grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. This full‑time onsite position involves both supervisory and hands‑on technical work.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform routine upkeep and diagnose the source of defects or problems.
• Make repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Oversee and execute the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartments for new leasing.
• Maintain a rotating on‑call schedule to address after‑hours maintenance needs.

Required profile

• Experience overseeing technical and mechanical maintenance in a residential community.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical or building issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with safety standards and local building code requirements.
• Strong organizational skills to manage work orders and make‑ready timelines.
