About the role

Join a global leader of innovative products as a Maintenance Machining Specialist on the day shift at our Cynthiana, KY facility. You will bridge maintenance and production, applying advanced machining techniques to keep critical equipment running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance activities and project work using the CMMS system in partnership with the Team Advisor.
• Operate and maintain machine‑shop equipment, delivering timely repairs for equipment breakdowns.
• Apply tool‑and‑die and advanced machining methods to design, fabricate, and optimize components supporting plant operations.
• Manage raw‑material inventory to meet maintenance and project demands efficiently.
• Troubleshoot mechanical equipment, perform repairs, and share technical knowledge with the maintenance crew.
• Collaborate with operators, planners, engineers, supervisors, and global support teams to identify root causes and improve equipment reliability.

Required profile

• Intermediate experience in industrial machining, tool‑and‑die work, or a related maintenance role.
• Proven ability to work with CMMS platforms and follow documented procedures.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Effective communication skills for cross‑functional teamwork.
• Willingness to work on‑site full‑time in Cynthiana, KY.
