Machine Learning Engineer – World Models

About the role

The Bot Company is building neural simulators that capture the grammar of the physical world—physics, causality, and long‑term dynamics. As a Machine Learning Engineer you will create video‑driven, controllable world models that operate at large scale.

Key responsibilities

• Architect neural simulators: design and train spatiotemporal models that generate coherent, long‑form world simulations.
• Scale training: own end‑to‑end training of multi‑billion‑parameter models on massive GPU clusters.
• Own the training loop: design, run, debug, and iterate large‑scale experiments, diagnosing failures and improving data mixtures.

Required profile

• Very strong coding skills in Python, C++ or Rust.
• Deep experience shipping or researching high‑fidelity video generation models.
• Architectural intuition to design from scratch and reason about scaling laws and failure modes.
• Fluency with large‑scale GPU‑cluster infrastructure and optimization.
