Logistics Specialist

About the role

Tribute Energy Inc. is seeking a full‑time Logistics Specialist to join its Houston team. In this on‑site position you will oversee daily supply‑chain activities, coordinate transportation, manage export logistics, and ensure inventory accuracy while maintaining strong client and vendor relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation, ensuring timely delivery.
• Handle export logistics, including preparation and issuance of shipping documents.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory reconciliation.
• Interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve logistical issues.
• Monitor compliance with global trade regulations and company policies.
• Analyze logistics data to identify cost‑saving opportunities and process improvements.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Solid understanding of supply‑chain management and import/export processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Organizational skills to manage complex operations and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply‑chain, logistics, business or related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with global trade regulations and compliance requirements is advantageous.
