Loan Partner (Mortgage Support)

About the role

We are looking for a Loan Partner to support a U.S. mortgage loan officer through the pre‑approval process. Working remotely on Central Time, you will act as the liaison between the loan officer, borrowers and referral partners, ensuring that all required documents are collected, verified and entered into the loan origination system.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the loan officer with new loan applications from intake through pre‑approval.
• Collect, review and organize borrower documentation, confirming completeness and accuracy.
• Communicate with borrowers in English and Spanish via email and phone to request missing items.
• Enter loan and customer data accurately into the loan origination system.
• Provide regular status updates to referral partners and support ongoing client relationship management.
• Handle confidential financial information in compliance with company policy and regulations.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, able to juggle multiple loan files.
• High attention to detail; small errors can affect a borrower’s home purchase.
• Comfort with confidential financial data and adherence to procedures.
• Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for client calls.
