Live Chat Support Agent

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Live Chat Support Agent to join our Houston team. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance through our online chat platform, delivering fast and friendly service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat promptly and professionally.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, escalating to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction and transaction.
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the overall customer experience.
• Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide correct information.
• Achieve and exceed defined customer satisfaction metrics.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
• At least one year of customer‑service experience, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer proficiency, including fast typing and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
