About the role
The Department of Theatre Arts at the University of Miami is seeking a full‑time lecturer specializing in Stage Management for the Spring 2027 semester (January 1 – May 15, 2027) with the possibility of renewal.
Key responsibilities
- Teach stage‑management and related theatre courses.
- Mentor and supervise stage‑management students during practica.
- Perform stage‑management or production‑management duties as assigned.
- Participate in department and program meetings, recruit students, and contribute to curricular development.
Required profile
- Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Theatre.
- Professional experience in stage management.
