Leasing Professional – The Landing

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to join the team at The Landing, a 222‑unit lease‑up community. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through proactive marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, and manage lease documentation.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing experience, preferably in a lease‑up environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build resident satisfaction.
• Availability to work Thursday through Monday with weekend coverage as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
• Experience using OneSite or similar leasing platforms.
