Leasing Professional (Ten310)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for its Ten310 community in Los Angeles. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, and process applications, credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease documents, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing activities such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Use property‑management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, and manage leasing activities.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing experience, including affordable housing and luxury leasing.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Eligibility for a 20% housing discount.
