Leasing Professional – Residential Property

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for The Windsor, a stabilized mid‑rise community of 125 units in Walnut Creek, CA. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve community revenue and occupancy goals.
• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and show available units.
• Process applications, negotiate lease terms, and ensure accurate lease documentation.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available inventory.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing or related real‑estate experience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to meet occupancy targets.
• Eligibility for a 20% housing discount.

Required skills

• Experience with Yardi property‑management software.
• Familiarity with CRM systems for lead tracking.
